DPM Bin Chhin Sends Congratulatory Letter to Senate President for Khmer New Year

PHNOM PENH: The Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister Bin Chhin, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Say Chhum, and his wife, on the occasion of the Khmer New Year.

He wrote, "On behalf of the leaders and civil servants at all levels of the Office of the Council of Ministers, I would like to express my sincere congratulations with deep respect and love. I would like to extend my best wishes to the President of Senate and his wife, please be bright, strong, healthy and live a long life to continue to leading the Senate, which is the legislative body of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to achieve many new great accomplishments, and to continue contributing to the development of the motherland and strengthen the rule of law in Cambodia to grow stronger and stronger."

He further added, "Taking this special opportunity, we all raise our hands to pray for the merits of the three jewels, all the sacred objects in the world, especially the guardian deity of the new year, the year of Karl Chatva Sak, the name Kirini Devi, please take care of [the President of the Senate] and spread all kinds of blessings to him, his wife, as well as his beloved sons, daughters, sons-in-law, grandsons and granddaughters."
